Refund Policy

Any returned items will be assessed a 10% restocking fee to cover our merchant processing and cleaning costs. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returned merchandise will only be accepted if shipped within 6 days of the original delivery date. 

All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging—no scratches, blemishes, ligature or teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed within two weeks of receipt. Any merchandise returned late or damaged in any way, will be considered sold and will be returned at your expense.
